I feel like people take you less seriously if you’re dating one of the band members. Plus, it’s hard to cut ties if you break up, etc. if you’re invested in the band.
For real! I think I’ll just stop at offering them opportunities with shows. I don’t really want to get too involved, ya know?
If I start seeing someone, I never know if I should offer to work with their band or not. I’m always more than willing to help them out and I want to, but it sometimes seems to complicate things.
